Kim A. Gasior

In addition to managing the firm’s legal matters, Kim’s keen focus on property management has earned Arbor Bay Capital Partners a market leading reputation in tenant satisfaction. Prior to Arbor Bay Capital Partners, Kim was a partner at Butzel Long, Attorneys and Counselors, in Detroit, Michigan, where he focused on product liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Gasior holds a BSA from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University.
Jeffrey S. Baker
Principal
Jeff is primarily responsible for identifying acquisitions, finance, and accounting. Prior to Arbor Bay Capital Partners, Jeff was a Vice President of Securities Sales at Goldman Sachs & Co. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Kim and Jeff have been business partners for more than 35 years, operating several successful companies in addition to real estate investing and management.
